1. Shopdeveloper.pro and Shopify

Shopdeveloper.pro is an independent entity and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify in any way. We are a separate service provider and not a subsidiary or employee of Shopify. Any actions taken by Shopdeveloper.pro are not the responsibility of Shopify, and likewise, we are not responsible for Shopify’s actions.

2. Timeline

Sign Up: Once you’ve submitted your request, we’ll review it within approximately a week. However, due to high demand and our commitment to personalized service, processing may take longer. We kindly ask for your patience during this time. Excessive follow-up emails may result in delayed responses.

3. Queue

The timeline for free engagements is determined by your Shopify plan:

Basic Shopify: Up to 3 weeks
Pro Shopify: Up to 1 week
Advanced Shopify: Immediate processing
The queue may vary based on the number of clients currently in progress.

4. Duration

Free engagements typically take around 1-2 weeks from your assigned start date. While we aim for efficiency, please note that the timeline is an estimate and not a guarantee. The duration may be extended if there are substantial revisions or if communication is paused for over two weeks during the development process. We are understanding of unforeseen circumstances, and our goal is to see your project through within 30 days of your start date.

5. Support

We provide 7 days of free support from your last session.

6. Be courteous

We are committed to providing the best service, and we ask that our clients be respectful and considerate. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, particularly if our time and resources are being misused. Let’s work together harmoniously to create something great.

7. Credit

As a gesture of appreciation, we request that you include a link to our website in the footer of your site. This helps us continue offering our free services.

8. Review

Towards the end of your setup, you’ll receive a request to review our services. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and contributes to our continued success.
